Want to take a whole day for yourself?! Perfect. Join Alayna Stroud Duarte & Debra Arana at Steel Heart Dance in Pacifica California July 25th 11am to 4:30pm with an hour for lunch. We will start with Femme Flow, unique opportunity to flow through grounding movement to find fluidity & ease in all the joints, while taking the time to tune into what our bodies need. Take a deep breath & deep stretch with us! After lunch, we warm up to get the blood flowing, & then we will be learning a fun & challenging routine set to inspiring music.
