Moving helps unlock your inner creativity, push out negativity, increase flexibility & deepen your mind body connection. This 21-day program will use yoga, dance, & pilates principles to strengthen and align the entire body. Consisting of 9 20-30 minute videos & supplemental articles, it is designed to be taken over 21 days at your own pace, for all levels of fitness, however a basic level of comfortability with yoga poses & placing weight on your hands in all fours is helpful. Listen to your body & move through each pose or sequence at your own pace, skipping whatever you need to... Push yourself, while listening to your bodies occasional restrictions. All you need is a mat or non slip surface. If you have & know when you like to use yoga blocks- use them. A circular resistance band (optional) can be used for pilates mat work if you have one... Bonus challenge! Take these three weeks to drink more water & eat well. Eat the healthy foods that you like the most & get lots of protein to support your workouts. I always encourage you to take a few minutes after each video to listen to your body for a few extra stretches or to lie down and let your body process all the great things you just did for it, if you have the time!
