Ashland Oregon is beautiful with hiking trails, a vibrant down town scene with great coffee, shops, & restaurants. And the famous Shakespeare Festival! Take this fun opportunity to enjoy this lovely location, see some plays, & train at the amazing Ashland Aerial Arts Studio. For out of towners, stay at one of our suggested hostels or find an Airbnb nearby! We will start the morning with an Aerial Yoga Hammock Flow, allowing ourselves to be supported and held while we breathe, stretch, and give our bodies the gift of a slow, yummy warm up and a few basic Aerial Sling sequences. After a snack break we will then dive into conditioning, skills, & sequencing on the Lyra. 10am- 1:30pm Friday through Sunday. This is an advanced beginner through advanced aerialist workshop, you will need to be able to invert to join for the full day experience! Can't invert yet?
