Stuck driving or at a desk & feeling so stiff? Having a hard getting motivated & sticking to it? So little time to workout? No problem. This workout program features 7 videos of workouts that you can complete at your own pace or repeat as many times as you need to. To get you started moving while de-stressing, all 20-35 minutes long. Squeeze them in during your lunch break and do them almost anywhere. I have created a program for those of you that need to get started, work from the ground up, & be kind to your bodies! I began creating these for my mom who was losing mobility in her 70s & friends who were dealing with ankle sprains, aging knees, & respiratory issues. So many reasons that we sometimes need to move more slowly while regaining strength & mobility! But to keep moving is key. No fancy workout equipment required, just the walls and furniture that is already around you. I challenge you to carve out some time to take care of your body. I promise that you will feel better! Using what we have around us for support: A wall, sturdy chair, bed, bench, or couch. Yoga blocks or books, circular resistance band (optional)
