Take a full Workshop Day at Ashland Aerial Arts Studio. We will start the morning with an Aerial Yoga Hammock Flow, allowing ourselves to be supported and held while we breathe, stretch, and give our bodies the gift of a slow, yummy warm up and a few basic Aerial Sling sequences. After a snack break we will then dive into conditioning, skills, & sequencing on the Lyra. 10am- 1:30pm Friday Only. This is an advanced beginner through advanced aerialist workshop, you will need to be able to invert to join for the full day experience! Can't invert yet?
